If none of these options apply to you, make sure you start a chat and leave a message that way an advisor can get in touch as soon as possible. If an advisor is unable to get intouch at that moment, rest assured as an advisor will be able to respond in due time afterwards as long as you have entered your email address when you started the chat, so you can expect a response via email. If you or an advisor come away from the chat for a long period of time, or if you would prefer to communicate via emails, your chat will be continued via email so ensure you enter your email address when starting the chat!

Make sure you select the option ‘Contact by 7th day’ where you will be given instructions, or you can start a chat with customer services right away in the chat section.
