Here you will find the terms & conditions along with any other essential information about SELTORA and our processes.
Shipping-
***We are now delivering to locations not just within the UK but also outside of the UK. All delivery timeframes will be stated during checkout.
International/Couriers/Fees/Tracking
All UK orders are tracked. Orders over a certain threshold may require a signature. Orders made to be delivered outside of the UK will either be tracked, signed for, or in some cases both.
Usually for orders made internationally you should not be charged any extra fees after purchase as we fill in customs forms where necessary and pay for shipping on our part (or cover your shipping once you have paid the shipping upon completion of your order), however in some instances some couriers in your country may charge you an extra fee to collect your items or for missed deliveries on your part etc. We do not expect that to occur, but if this does happen those fees will be payable on your part; we will not be liable. We advise you pay the courier immediately to ensure they do not send us your order back. Please also ensure you check it is a legitimate fee you are being asked to pay by a courier; best practice is to go to them in person or contact their official telephone line.
Delivery Timeframes
* Note that if you add a PRE ORDER item to your basket it will require up to 14 days extra delivery time to be delivered in addition to the delivery timeframe stated when you checkout your entire order. PRE ORDER items may arrive sooner than 14 days but be prepared to wait up to 14 days extra.*
All orders should arrive in line with the timeframes stated at check out. Please allow up to 3 working days in addition to your delivery timeframe for your order to be prepared and dispatched! If you have any concerns for a due or late order please contact customer services. Also feel free to contact customer services throughout your expected order arrival time.
Delivery Delays
Please be aware there may be delays with deliveries and in rare cases delivery couriers may lose deliveries or make other mistakes. We do not expect these instances to occur but in the event something like this occurs, please be patient and understanding. Our customer services team will endeavour to provide a resolution and seek compensation from the courier.
Remember by making any purchase on this site that means you have read and understand our policies and have accepted everything we have stated in them.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Website Usage & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or purchase our products/services. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
It is your responsibility to ensure all data you provide us is correct when making purchases as we are not liable for any errors. If you have placed an order and upon confirmation after checkout you realise you have entered incorrect details for example your address, ensure you contact customer services immediately after your order has been confirmed so the necessary amendments can be made. If you notify us after your order has already began processing with our team there will be no guarantee the necessary amendments can be made to cancel your order in time meaning you are solely liable. If you have submitted incorrect delivery information please start a chat on our stone by selecting the three dots on the bottom right corner of the screen, or alternatively email seltora@outlook.com with your email address and order number. Customer services will endeavour to resolve this issue for you however it is your responsibility and we do not accept any liability if you email us after your order is processed/shipped or during processing. Ensure you check all of your personal information thoroughly before confirming or paying for any items on this site, especially given the nature of the items we sell on this site. Your order will be delivered to whichever address stated in your order that you have applied, therefore once your item is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable for anything after that process. If someone else such as your neighbour or an unknown person to you signs for your order package we are not liable as that is your responsibility to ensure you are there at the address you stated to receive your order package as you will have been notified by us of your delivery time. By making a purchase on our site you are agreeing to accept liability if this occurs; you accept we are not liable.
You are responsible for using devices to access this site. Any purchases made using your personal details are solely your responsibility. We accept no liability for misuse of your details or accidental purchases made by you or with your details. You are responsible for protecting your personal information and ensuring no other person(s) uses your details or makes purchases on your behalf. If you allow another person to make any purchase on this site on your behalf you are personally responsible for overseeing that purchase order. Please note that SELTORA has the right to cancel your order during the processing time despite you receiving a confirmation email if we believe it is a fraudulent order.
All stock(s) listed on this site are sold by SELTORA. SELTORA works with trusted suppliers & reputable business’ finding and sourcing rare, innovative items. Read product descriptions thoroughly as all the necessary stock details are stated there for that specific stock. All important information regarding the products on this website will be stated in the product descriptions.
We have the right to change or update our terms of service at any given moment where we see fit for our business on this site; it is your responsibility to ensure you are up to date before purchasing by checking our ‘Last updated’ date at the top of these terms. Ensure you have read and understand our terms of service and policies before making any purchases.
Payments & Currencies
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Price and currency conversions may apply based on geolocation services our store uses and dependant on your device settings.
Prices will have automatic conversions at purchase depending on your currency; it is unlikely there will be an extra fees afterward unless you use a certain card type or use payment methods that charge/add extra conversion fees. Check with them before making any purchase with us as we will not be liable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered on our website. We do not offer pay later options or PayPal as they have different terms to us which may not protect you as the buyer or us as a business.
We accept American Express payment and various other credit card types!
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS-
On our website our policy is no refunds. This is what we go by however to comply with UK & EU Regulations and the laws for online stores we have ‘Acception Instances’ in our terms below that may override our no refunds store terms but only in some instances. Read further for full understanding of what you are eligible for and what you will not be eligible for. You may also contact our customer service team regarding your order and they may be able to provide a resolution despite our policy, but this is solely at our customer services discretion.
Refunds are guaranteed if an item you have ordered is out of stock once you have already paid, at which point you will be refunded to your original payment method. All refunds go to your original payment method(s). If you receive your order and no longer want the items you will not be eligible for a refund after the 14th day of your order date delivery as all sales are final. For faulty items our store terms are that you are only eligible for an exchange/replacement in the same item and size(no refund for faulty items unless). Keep reading further for full understanding of our refund/exchange/replacement terms.
Moreover you may email customer services and request a refund stating your reasons as refunds may be approved in some instances, but they are not guaranteed. Refunds will be determined at the discretion of our customer services team and only within the first 14 days of your item(s) in question being received(excluding faulty items as you may receive a replacement). Our customer services have the right to reject a request for a refund and in result you will not be eligible.
They also have the right to approve a full refund, give partial refunds/gift cards and/or store credits; in some instances you may even be able to keep an item/items and receive your preferred replacement item as we do aim to provide customer satisfaction in a way that gives you the best shopping experience!
All resolutions and outcomes will be decided by our team.
If you have any issues or grievances with your order after receiving your items you can contact customer services via the consultations and contact chat feature on our website or use the three dots on the bottom right corner of your screen to start a chat with an advisor (ensure you leave your email incase you or an advisor is unavailable or away from the chat for a long period of time). You can explain any concerns or issues you have with your purchase and they will respond with the resolution they see fit in line with these terms.
Do not let this stop you from ordering, as our customer services understand the importance of a good shopping experience and want you to have the best experience with us, so do not hesitate to get in touch before ordering or while waiting for your order. We aim to resolve issues in a way that respects our work while keeping you happy!
Acception Instances for Refunds Returns & Exchanges-
The only instances you can return items for a refund or exchange is within the first 14 days after your order date/the item(s) in question date of delivery if you change your mind, have ordered the wrong size and are requesting an exchange replacement size, or if you have received a faulty item we have deemed as faulty according to our analysis. If you received the wrong size or a faulty item you can get an exchange. If you change your mind about the purchase and want a refund you are eligible for a refund up until the 14th day after the date of your order/item(s) in question delivery. If you ordered the wrong size and want an exchange you are only able to exchange for the same item but in the correct size you require. For more on exchanges and replacements see our ‘Exchanges/Returns/Replacements’ below.
Faulty items are only considered faulty according to what we deem as a fault as we explain below. If your item is faulty we only offer exchanges not refunds.
After the first 14 days of your order delivery date you are not eligible for any refunds if an item is wrong size, faulty or you change your mind. After 14 days you will only be able to exchange (depending on availability or potentially a refund at the discretion of our customer services team if your desired exchange item is unable to be acquired) if your item is faulty or the wrong size with which you would like to exchange which is valid from the 15th day until the 30th day after your order/item(s) in question date of delivery.
We are not legally obliged to provide any refund or service if you change your mind after 14 days of your order being delivered.
After 30 days we are not legally obligated to provide any service on faulty or items you wish to get a size replacement/exchange for either.
Essentially these policies are in line with UK & EU Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as we do not have a physical store, otherwise our terms state no refunds or returns as all sales are final; only replacements are permitted up to 14 days of your order/item(s) in question delivery date.
Exchanges/Returns/Replacements-
If you order the wrong size jewellery you can exchange for the correct size in the same item you need. This service for exchanges/replacements applies to items in your order that have different size options. This is not intended for items that are the same but a different colour. You may only return for an exchange in the same item but a different size based on the new size you need.
Exchanges/returns are payable on your part for UK orders. You will need to pay for the return label we acquire via invoice then we will send you the return label for you to print and send us the return order or item.
For outside of the UK orders a fee to exchange and return will also be payable on your part however this process will be decided by customer services via email and communicated to you.
You need to contact customer services by the 30th day of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange on the wrong size item for a different size otherwise you will not be eligible to return your item/items for a replacement and you will have to make a new order.
When you are returning items ensure you return everything that came in the order, hence any receipts/confirmation or gift packaging unless you are told otherwise by customer services.
If you fail to return everything In the condition you received it, when customer services receive the order back it may be rejected or sent back to you and you may not receive your desired replacement; we will also not be legally obliged to provide you with any other service, so ensure you return everything in the same condition you received it.
You may return an item and receive a replacement size once. After this first exchange if the replacement size is not correct you will have to place a new order and keep the previous items as we only exchange sizes one time per item that requires an exchange in your order(s). This also applies to faulty items as this may be a fault on your part, however customer services may decide a different resolution in your favour but only at their discretion after the first exchange.
If the item you want as an exchange is not available, customer services will not be able to process an exchange for you therefore you will be unable to get an exchange for your item. Despite this our customer services will endeavour to provide a different solution; you may potentially be offered a replacement item of your choice from our website worth the same amount or more and you will pay whatever the difference in price is, provided you have returned the item in the condition it arrived to you in. This particular resolution is not guaranteed but an example of a resolution.
If you do choose to accept a new item as the replacement in the event the item you initially wanted is unavailable, this will count as your first replacement item, meaning if you receive that replacement and it is not the right size for you either or you do not want it for whatever reason and change your mind, you will have to keep that item and you will need to place a new order if you want a different size or item; we will not be obliged to offer any other service at that point.
*This may not be your resolution; customer services will decide specific to each order and are always happy to help!*
Remember you need to contact customer services for an exchange by the 30th day of your order being delivered. If you do not contact customer services by the 30th day for an exchange you may still be able to get an exchange, however it will not be guaranteed if you did not contact customer services by the 30th day of receiving your order. The decision will be based on the discretion of customer services. Note that as long as you have contacted customer services by 30th day of receiving your order regarding any issues with your order or any requests for any exchange, when customer services respond they will be able to process that on their end. Rest assured that you will still be eligible for a replacement even if customer services do not get back to you by the 30th day of you receiving your order. As long as you contact customer services by the 30th day you received your order you will be eligible to get a replacement processed.
Faulty items -
What we consider as faulty:
-Damaged goods (wear&tear/marks/stains) ; the fault will be approved/disapproved at the discretion of customer services.
-Malfunctioning items (does not work according to function) if it is suppose to have a function, or main parts/segments for example clasps not opening/closing
-Missing pieces (missing stones/diamonds/beads and other key elements missing)
Faulty items are only considered faulty according to what we deem as a fault as we have stated. If you show us an item that we do not deem as faulty it will not be eligible to be actioned with the same policies as an item classed as ‘faulty’ would be.
*Note: If your item is faulty we only offer exchanges/replacements for the same item in the same size not refunds.
If you have received a faulty item the same process applies with exchanges. Contact customer services by the 30th day of receiving your order for further instructions. Ensure you return all the items from your order as you receive them and customer services will be able to send out a replacement with the same terms for exchanges as stated above. If there are any issues after this replacement is sent out, please contact customer services who will aim to provide a resolution as goodwill.
For faulty items If you contact customer services after the 30th day, you might still be eligible for a replacement upon returning the faulty item. However the outcome will be determined by customer services whether you receive a replacement, as if you have not contacted customer services by the 30th day of receiving your order as faulty, the time after you receiving the goods and examining them (which we assume as at least 7 days) could be considered faults due to wear and tear on your part that are not our fault, therefore we will not accept a return for the order item(s). To guarantee a replacement, ensure you contact customer services by the 30th day of receiving your order. After this time you are not guaranteed a replacement, however you may still contact customer services as we always aim to provide a resolution.
*Important: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ANY ITEM(S) ON YOUR OWN ACCORD WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OR AGREEMENT WITH/FROM US.
(If you do this we will not be liable if items are untracked, not received or you result in being at any loss because of your actions.)
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Despite the legal refunds and exchange/replacement terms please also note that there are exemptions to the refunds and exchanges/replacement resolutions.
Exemptions: The right to return and get refunds even within the 14 day order/item(s) in question delivery date do not apply to:
- Custom‑made or personalised items.
- Digital downloads once the download has started (with your consent).
- Perishable goods.
- Services that have been fully performed with your prior consent before the cancellation period ends.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Reiteration of Terms & Policies Regarding Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
14-Day Withdrawal Period-
In accordance with UK & EU regulations, and where you have not been able to physically purchase your item(s) in a store, if your order is being delivered and/or within the UK/European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason.
*To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all/any tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt (physical/digital) or other valid proof of purchase is also required to further counteract fraud otherwise we have the right to reject your request as they are part of the requirements for you to be eligible for any refund/exchange/replacement within the 14 days and within the 30 days mentioned in our terms. Therefore is we receive any item(s) back from you that are used or do not come with the original packaging and extras you received originally according to our checks (as we have stated in our terms above), or if you do not send your item(s) in question back to us/they are not received by us then we have the right to deny your request for an exchange/refund/replacement and you will not be eligible for any service from us at that point.*
You have 14 days from the date of the item in question/order delivery/or item purchase (applicable only for online orders as in store/person orders are not eligible for any refunds) to contact us for a return on faulty/damaged or wrong size item(s) to get an exchange/replacement sent (in line with our exchange terms stated in our terms), or to change your mind for a refund. After this 14 days you are not eligible for any refunds if you change your mind about your order/item(s) therefore no service will apply to you there. Only replacements/exchanges will be permitted from the 15th day of your order/the item(s) in question delivery date up until the 30th day of the item(s) in question delivery if they are faulty (according to what we deem as a fault in our terms) or if you wish to exchange for a different size (according to our exchange terms stated here).
This policy is in line with the UK & EU Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Note that for an item to be considered as faulty it needs to be ‘What we consider as faulty’ according to our terms in that section, otherwise it will not be considered faulty therefore you will not be eligible for any refund or replacement/exchange after the initial 14 day period.
Ultimately you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind for a refund or request a replacement size exchange if you would like a different size in the same item if alternate size options are applicable, or if your item(s) in question is what we deem as faulty you may get an exchange/replacement in that same item and size. From the 15th day up to the 30th day of the item(s) in question delivery, you are not eligible for any service (so not refund or exchange/replacements) if you change your mind on the item you purchased for whatever reason; you are only eligible to get an exchange/replacement for a different size in the same item if alternate size options are applicable, or if your item(s) in question are faulty according to what we deem as faulty.
These terms are in line with the UK & EU Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
After this timeframe we are not obliged to give you any service legally therefore you are not guaranteed any service after the 30 days. This is also because after the 30 days, any faults/sizing issues are liable on your part as it was your responsibility to contact us within the timeframes stated to get a resolution; faults incurred after this time may be faults caused on your part therefore we are not liable.
Moreover if you have any genuine concerns or grievances please contact our customer service team as we will endeavour to provide a resolution for you to maintain your satisfaction and positive shopping experience!
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SELTORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or bodily/physical harm/conditions arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products/services. By purchasing from our website you accept this.
Return/Exchange Liability -
Please be aware if you do not return the original item(s) in the original condition they were sent to you in we may keep the return and cancel your return/exchange. This will then invalidate any entitlement we stated that you have above if you do not return everything in the condition we sent it to you in so make sure you do not tamper with/use items or change items before returning them.
Moreover, in the event we identify incorrect items being sent back to us according to what you stated you would be returning or if you attempt to return items that are not from us according to our checks we may decide to send you back the return items you have sent to us and/or cancel your return/exchange therefore your entitlement according to our initial terms will no longer be valid.
This may also prohibit your ability to order from us in the future depending on how serious we take your return based on what you send back to us if it does not meet our expectations. Therefore if you are carrying out a return we strongly advise you return all items you receive from us in the condition you received them in if you wish to carry out a successful return/exchange according to our terms. If we receive a return from you that does not match what we went you or match what we instructed you to return/what you agreed to send us we may reject the return and keep the item(s) also cancelling your request meaning you will be at a loss.
Therefore ensure you follow our steps properly and ensure you order items you actually want with confidence to help avoid the process of having to return or exchange on both parts. Also ensure you follow any specific instructions you are given for your order from our customer service team as not every order will require the same service.
Indemnity
By using this website and making any purchase you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SELTORA, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, conditions, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Jewellery Disclaimers-
*We (SELTORA) do not make the jewellery we sell(unless stated otherwise in the product description), we source from who we consider to be reputable suppliers, therefore our jewellery pieces are not all certified or come with certificates as we are not jewellers. This can mean in minority instances there could be some product description discrepancies based on sourcing details and checks being completed afterward, however we do not expect these as we generally provide mixed metal pieces to avoid confusion and be as transparent as possible to indicate that there is a variety of metal making up the piece(s) which may not always be 100% known or specified.
Most of the pieces on our website are made of lab grown gemstones, cubic zirconium diamonds and/or high carbon diamonds (not organic), however we do also provide a minority of natural gemstone/diamond pieces subject to the product descriptions, however you should generally expect pieces to be mixed metals and gemstones/diamonds that are not organic hence our pricing.
Our 925 section indicates a piece may only be silver inscribed but not entirely made of 925 sterling silver (as it may just be the plating or some other element of the ring), however the piece will generally be mixed metal with slightly more silver than the other metals.
*Note that none of our pieces are 100% pure silver, gold or platinum unless stated as 100% pure in the description. Our pieces have a percentage of silver/gold and the remaining percentage is made up of other metals and alloys.
When purchasing jewellery from us it is better to keep these pieces for your personal use or to give as a gift to another; these pieces are not generally investment or profitable type pieces as they are generally mixed metals and majority of the pieces are not made of organic stones/diamonds, hence the affordability of our pricing.
Due to our pieces being of a varied combination of precious metals and alloys, you should not expect to be able to sell your purchased items from this website on for a profit afterward as the metal quantities may vary per piece.
It is also good to note that sterling silver/silver/925 silver does not sell for much after purchasing as the value is not the same as the value at purchase; you are normally paying for the design, craftsmanship and rarity with sterling silver/silver/925 silver pieces so they are not pieces for investments they are better for your personal use.
Collections
The Gold collection indicates pieces that are some variant of gold coloured in appearance but also combined with mixed metals.
The 925 silver collection indicates pieces that are 925/S925 inscribed and/or made up of/plated with 925 silver indicating silver is present somewhere within the piece. See our Specifications.
Seltora Luxe
Some pieces from the ‘Luxe’ collection may however still hold some worth even after purchase but in most cases it is not likely as jewellers do not tend to purchase mixed metal purity pieces especially if the metal quantities are not 100% known beneath plating due to the mix, or if pieces are precious metal plated but various metal underneath (which is what we provide on this website at SELTORA).
The stones/diamonds in our pieces are higher grade particularly from our ‘Seltora Luxe Collection’ which enables them to look good in the light and out of it.
Be aware these pieces may still be made up of mixed metals subject to product descriptions.
For item specifics always refer to the item description in question while keeping in mind what we have stated here.
Ultimately when purchasing jewellery here you are paying for the percentage of precious metal/stone making up the piece(known or unknown), the design, the craftsmanship that went into the piece, rarity of the piece and pricing for our efforts to source the pieces. If you would like to query a piece before ordering please contact our customer services. If you have any reservations you should reach out, otherwise you should not make a purchase.
To make our jewellery pieces even more affordable for you the majority of our diamonds and stones are lab grown or synthetic which explains the considerable price differences.
They are also a great alternative to temporarily replace wearing your more expensive pieces when you are undergoing practical activities or do not want to risk losing them, as our pieces still exhibit similar qualities to more expensive, pure pieces you may own.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & DETAILING/DISCREPANCIES-
When making any purchase from us (SELTORA) on this website, please familiarise yourself with our product specifications so you know what to expect when purchasing jewellery pieces here, particularly in reference to the jewellery quality.
We (SELTORA) will not be liable for any discrepancies or disputes you raise or may wish to raise regarding product/jewellery quality or description issues/discrepancies/errors, as we provide you with the same product descriptions and specifications our suppliers/providers/manufacturers have provided us with so they are as true to the piece as possible.
We (SELTORA) are not a jeweller and do not claim to be a jeweller; we have connections with other suppliers/manufacturers/providers to provide you with these affordable quality pieces on our website, so any product descriptions/details we have put with a product are based on what the supplier/manufacturer/provider for that piece has stated the piece is.
Our pieces are affordable diamond replacements and other pieces made of various combined metals hence the pricing being significantly lower than organic diamond pieces or entirely precious metal made pieces. Therefore you should not expect organic diamonds or entirely precious metal made pieces when purchasing from SELTORA. Furthermore due to our pieces being of a varied combination of precious metals and alloys, you should not expect to be able to sell your purchased items from this website on for a profit afterward as the metal quantities may vary per piece and not be 100% traceable.
It is also good to note that sterling silver/silver/925 silver does not sell for much after purchasing as the value is not the same as the value at purchase; you are normally paying for the design, craftsmanship and rarity with sterling silver/silver/925 silver pieces so they are not pieces for investments they are better for your personal use.

Nonetheless when browsing/shopping on our website you should not be expecting organic diamond pieces or 100% pure silver/gold/platinum or other 100% pure precious metal pieces/products, because as the ‘Specifications’ state, we provide a range of pieces that are of various quality and the majority of the pieces do have certain percentages or pure precious metals within them or plating on them but you should not expect to receive 100% pure precious metal pieces (hence their more affordable prices). Our prices indicate that the pieces we sell are not 100% pure precious metal or organic diamonds/stones in terms of the product quality.

Moreover if you do have any product grievances in relation to description or detail errors you can contact our customer service team or select the chat icon on the website and start a chat where we will always aim to provide you with a resolution, as we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and a happy shopping experience for you overall. Insured Replacement Pieces
Our selection here have brilliant cuts which allows the pieces to dazzle effortlessly in the light therefore resembling organically sourced diamonds. Some of these pieces however are not full silver plated so be sure to read the descriptions, nevertheless you can expect a good quality piece that can last for some time provided you maintain the piece and treat it as you would a full silver or gold/diamond purchase, ensuring cleanliness with our cloth provided, avoiding getting the piece(s) wet and removing when not needed to be worn during treacherous tasks that might damage the plating.
However as these pieces are purposed for replacing your more expensive diamond purchases for your casual wear, if you are purchasing from the Insured Replacement Pieces collection, we expect you are someone looking for a more affordable alternative to your current jewellery, or a piece you are able to wear during certain activities. Maybe even in the event you are going away and do not wish to lose your more costly jewellery during your commutes, one of these pieces could be perfect for you so you can leave your more costly pieces at home and still wear your replacement while you are away.
Therefore, due to the fact we expect your purchases here to be able to be used as replacements for your more costly jewellery purchases, when you purchase a piece from the Insured Replacement Pieces collection that is ‘INSURED’ this means you will be able to purchase it for the original price along with our set additional £45 insurance charge added within the price of the item. This may make it seem more costly than purchasing the item without the insurance, however this added insurance means you will also be sent an extra 2 of the same item in the same size with the item you have ordered. The same will apply to any other items with ‘INSURED’ stated on them from the Insured Replacement Pieces collection. So by paying a little extra you are going to receive 3 of the item you have ordered. This allows the piece to serve its purpose for you and truly act as a replacement piece for you, so in the event you may lose the item you have ordered from us or it gets damaged/faded from wear and tare over time, atleast you will already have the two extra pieces at hand to alternate to so it will never be gone and you can still enjoy the piece for a longer time, much cheaper than having to re purchase the piece by itself for the full price if you lose it!
Please remember the 2 extra free items only applies to items from the Insured Replacement Pieces collection that say ‘INSURED’. All items in this collection are ‘INSURED’.
‘INSURED’ means there is an extra £45 fee added to the item full price to allow for you to receive the extra 2 replacement pieces at the discounted price essentially free. This is why you may still see the same item in search or in other collections across our website but for a lower price if it is not in this collection because it will be the same item but just not insured meaning the £45 insurance price is not included in that, hence it appearing cheaper than the replacement pieces in the Insured Replacement Pieces collection.
NOTE- If you are ordering from this collection please be aware that your 2 extra replacement pieces may not be guaranteed to come with the piece(s) you order, they might come separately depending on stock levels for our insured pieces so do not be alarmed if you do not receive the extra 2 replacement pieces for each item that is insured that you have ordered. The extra 2 pieces may take a couple of extra days to arrive to you, or in some cases they may come with the piece(s) you ordered so please be patient and ensure you keep an eye out checking for updates and delivery email confirmations from us!
In the event something you have ordered and already paid for from this collection is unavailable for whatever unprecedented reason, rest assured as we will be in touch and you will be refunded the £45 insurance amount that was automatically added to your order. However this is very unlikely to happen as we expect whatever you order will be sent to you so no need to worry about something like this, it is just a disclaimer!
